There is free UK postage available on all orders over £25. We send most orders via Royal Mail Tracked 2-3 day service (although this is not a guaranteed delivery time),
Our Premium service in the UK is Royalmail Special Delivery Guaranteed by 1pm next working day if ordered before 1pm, signature required.
If there is nobody available at the delivery address to accept, the delivery company will usually leave a card to inform the recipient how you can collect the parcel.
Larger items such as wheels or bikes are sent by DHL parcel typically 3-4 working days.
(We do not dispatch orders on weekend or public holidays for example; if you order on Friday evening it won't leave until the next working day).

We are located in Northern Ireland, Under the Northern Ireland Protocol, UK and EU customers do not need to pay any additional costs.

If you live in the UK nothing has changed. The price you see is the price you pay, there is no customs fees or import duties.
If you live in the EU nothing has changed. The price you see is the price you pay, there is no customs fees or import duties.
If you live in the rest of the world nothing has changed. Each country sets their own rules, please check your local authorities regarding importing goods from another country.
Basically since Brexit, nothing has changed that will affect your order.
Postal services
PLEASE NOTE: A working day is Monday - Friday and doesn't include bank holidays. Reasonable allowance should be made for orders placed over weekend / bank holidays.
Some of our couriers use volumetric weight, for example, a 1kg helmet might be posted as 5kg due to its light but bulky nature.
Bulky items above 60cm that cannot be sent with Royal Mail will be sent by DHL Parcel (Mudguards, Wheels, Frames, Bikes Etc)
In Rare Circumstances
Some countries have security issues such as Israel or Ukraine, may incure additional charges with some couiers, we will contact you if this happens, or you can email us in advance for a quote.

Occasionally with our Royal Mail Service, in some countries your local customs clearance can take a long time which we have no control over. This is extremly rare. Please concider our DHL Express service for urgent orders
Order Email Confirmations
An order confirmation automatically;
An email receipt once the order is picked;
A tracking number once the order is packed;
Sometimes the courier may also send an email confirming delivery status.
Please check your spam/junk email as these emails can often get wrongly filtered by your email settings.
